Bitter Sweet

This time of year is ever so bitter for me.

It's hard to leave family & friends.

I can't even think of missing another 4th of July in Cache Valley....

or the numerous camping trips & family reunions we will yet again be missing.

Or, even playing volleyball & lounging out at my parents house.

This year has been harder for me to think about leaving..

partly, due to leaving my family,

partly due to the thought of my family missing out on London for 4 months. 

& partly due to missing my awesome & amazing friends.

You know who you are.

BUT, at the very same time, this time of year is ever so SWEET for me.

I finally get to see Blake after almost 3 weeks of being apart. 

I get to live out of state for the summer.

I get to make new friends that I am sure I will cherish always.

Vivint has led us to many of our greatest & most cherished friends & friendships.

I get to experience a new culture & partake of all the activities.

I am SO excited for this summer, 

but sad all at the same time.  

In other news,

I have been BUSY b u s y.

It's been unreal.

I would rather be busy when Blake is gone.

I've had 5-7 photoshoots a week

& it makes me crazy just thinking how behind

I am in editing.

However, I LOVE doing photography & didn't want to turn anyone down.

Here is just a SHORT (wink wink) list of other activities that have kept us ever so busy:

• Before Blake left, we made a hut, played outside, & went to the mall so London could ride some rides. "Amelia Bearhart" is what we call this girl in that hat. 

•  London had her first time in Nursery.  She does awesome & the teachers always say she is the best behaved little girl.  That makes my heart sing. 

• Lots of outside playing.

• Willow Park Zoo.  This little girl couldn't get enough of her glasses or feeding the ducks.

After the Zoo, we went to Crumb brothers to eat & then went to explore a green house.

• Lots of playing at Jenni's house..due to me having LOTS of photosessions.  Jenni even had me over for a little hot dog roast.  As you can see, London found my dad & wouldn't let go the entire night.

• Playing at grandpa's & grandma's

• Kaitlyn's shower & endowment session.

• Since I have some of the coolest friends in all the land, we had no other choice than to throw a fantastic HP party. 

The two creeps together. 

• And, of course, a healthy dose of goofing off, mischievous acts, & weirdness.
