6 Years

6 years happened for us on Sep. 29th.
A little behind on blogging? Yes.
Fun Fact: Did ya know that Blake & I went on our first date on Sept. 29th 2006....
then, exactly one year later, we got married on Sept. 29th 2007.

This guy is SO perfect for me.
I seriously cannot imagine my life without him.
He makes me laugh.
I am better with him.
He is better with me.

I thought it would be fitting to say my 6 favorite things about Blake...
6 things for 6 years.

1. He notices.  He notices if I clean the house.  He notices if I repaint my toes.  He notices if I buy a new shirt.  He notices my everyday hair.  He tells me I'm pretty all the time.  I love this about him because it makes me feel so loved & appreciated.
2. He's funny.  If you know Blake, you know what I mean.  I love his humor.  He is quite sarcastic & dry at times, & I LOVE IT.
3. He's hardworking.  I seriously don't know any other guy that is as hard working as this guy.  He learned from a young age to work hard.  Whatever the task requires, you can bet he will learn how to do it & do it well.
4. He's handsome.  I won't get into the mushy gooshy, but seriously, he's one hot man! Just take a look at his calves the next time you see him.
5. He supports me.  Oh gosh, if you know me, you know that my mind is always in the clouds & I'm constantly dreaming up new adventures/hobbies etc.  He stands right behind me every second of my dreamland.  Whether he thinks I'm crazy or not, I will never know, he just constantly supports & gives me positive reinforcement.
6. He's a perfect father.  This is my most favorite.  Blake is so sweet & good to London.  I often find them in forts, reading books, playing, etc etc... I know Blake loves London SO much & that makes me love him more.  It's a continuous circle of love around here.  

Since our anniversary is so close to Halloween season, we I usually like to do something halloweeny.
This year, we played haunted mini golf. 
It was so fun & SO good to get away without London & act silly.

We then packed up our warm clothes & air mattress & headed up Smithfield canyon.

We put the air mattress in the back of the truck & piled 243,687 blankets on us

 & watched a movie on the ipad.

We felt like teenagers & had a perfect night.
