Halloween P A R T A Y

Have I ever mentioned that my family throws the best parties?
These people mean more to me than one would ever know.
My dad's tool shop was the destined place for party town...
which in itself, is incredibly creepy.
Soup bar & caramelized apples were ingested quickly.
Each adult couple was in charge of a station & then the kids got to rotate through stations.
Apple bobbing, cake walk, haunted books, pin the bow on Mr. Bones,
halloween bingo, pumpkin decorating, dancing, & pumpkin toss kept the little ones busy.
Adults were ooing & awwwing as we watched the little tikes.
Kids were in haunted heaven.
You could have found Miss London at the cake walk or apple bobbing.
Like, the whole time.
Only two booths she would stay at.
And stay she did.
She had the whole crowd laughing as she ran from plate to plate.
So determined. So fast. So giggly.

As always, I swear the clocks went fast,
 because before I knew it,
it was time to clean up & get the kids in bed.

I love my family with everything that I am.
I am SO lucky that I have the family I do.

Oh, & in other news,
this photographer mommy didn't take any pictures on Halloween...
So, I guess these pics will just have to suffice.
Sometimes, it's SO refreshing not to worry about taking pictures.
Free as a bird I guess.
And also, I'm f i n a l l y all caught up on blogging.
