A Royal Ball

If ya know even a tidbit about London, then you would quickly pick up that she is
OBSESSED WITH ANYTHING PRINCESS.
So, a royal ball birthday party was on the agenda for this 3 year old.

Blake & I like to make birthday mornings extra special.
I always sneak to Lee's @9 pm on the eve of birthdays to purchase a bouquet of balloons.
Blake & I wake up extra early just so we can be sure to wake London up with her annual birthday song & balloon fest in her bed.
It's kinda the best & I cherish it so very much.
One present is presented to the birthday girl in bed.
How could we have a royal ball & not have a gown?
Problem solved.
Pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes with sprinkles in the shape of a 3 is blake's specialty.
Yep, birthday mornings are the best.
After breakfast, we got ready & went to the pumpkin walk & then caught a movie.
Double Bonus:  We were the only ones in the entire theatre.  How's that for a cool birthday surprise?
Once all the guest's arrived, we called down the Princess of the ball.
She came down the stairs & twirled until her hearts content.  We were all dying laughing.
She sure played the part well & she felt so special.
We laughed, talked, opened presents, ate, & watched my annual London movie.
It was a perfect day & our little princess got SO many fun presents.

  1. This is the cutest thing ever! Way to go on an awesome party! I love making birthdays special at my house too and I might steal the idea of letting them open a present in bed:)
