The City of Rocks + a day of adventure

I was asked by my friend to photograph her family farm that is located in Burley, Idaho.
Since Blake was still in Alaska, I asked Amy + David to join my little road trip.
We decided to head to the City of Rocks & boy am I glad that we did.
So amazingly awesome.  The formations of the rocks + the signatures of immigrants on the rocks were just a small portion of what the City of Rocks had to offer.  So many rocks!  We were able to go on a couple different hikes throughout the rocks, and we all just kept saying how in awe we were.  London & Penny are such good little travelers & they were both just happy to be joining & going for an adventure.  London is such a good little hiker & her eyes were in wonderment as she explored each rock cavern & crevice.  I was then able to do an amazing heirloom photography session of a family's working farm.  So wonderful.  We ended the night by eating at a yummy burger joint & even tho it took F O R E V E R to get our food, it was still worth it.  The conversation in the car was on point & I always love when I get to spend quality time with my sister.

I am so blessed to have Amy + David in my life.  There are many times where I am a single parent, and Amy makes sure to step up & help me.  She is the first I call if I have a problem & I ALWAYS know she is up for an adventure.  I love her deeply & I am so lucky to have.
